I bought a 16W because I wanted an oversized look. I have a short torso & narrow waist but larger hips & butt so I need to oversize. The fabric isn’t the softest but it is also not itchy. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the neckline roll won’t stay rolled and I don’t like things right around my throat. I’ll just hem the roll down to give me more room. For the price this is great.
