Product came open and something was spilled all over the item. What a disgrace.I really love this winter jacket. It's warm and fits well.I am a plus sized woman who has found it difficult to find a good winter coat that covers the hips without bunching up at the bottom. Purchased this in the hopes it would have a little more room and it was perfect. It also has snaps to fit it better around midsection under the zipper or unsnap it for it to be fully open. For any ladies looking for a good fit and the 3x/4x women’s coats are too form fitting this coat is good! It is more fluffy than my other coats but if I’m out in the cold I want it to be warm and comfortable rather than form fitting. Haven’t used in the winter yet but it seems well made, soft and heavy for those cold New England winters. Will update review if any further comments later on.Had the first chance to wear this jacket a few days ago when the temp dropped into the low 20's. Oh so warm. I especially like the extended length of the cuffs, which include a thumb hole, to keep the wind out. I took the hood off for now, but I'm sure it will come in handy before too much longer. But still works. The lack of pockets is a real problem if you are doing any serious outdoor work. But other than that is a nice city jacket for winter for the -10. You will have to layer if you are going to be doing -60 outdoor work. So an outside shell with pockets, and inner layers like a good sweater, thick shirt and undershirt. So get the larger size to accommodate. The seams are a single stitch, the zippers are lightweight, not durable. City folk jacket.I purposely ordered this jacket a bit big and its exactly what I need. I fully expect that when I go out to blow snow or just play in it I will be so comfortable.
